Track your order

Thank you for shopping with Early Years Resources. We aim to deliver your order quickly as possible.

To track your order online:-

  1. Log in to Your Account
  2. Click on My Order History to track the status of your Early Years Resources orders including details of previous orders.

Order Status Overview

Awaiting Stock - We are awaiting stock to process your order.
Order Confirmation - We've received your order and payment
Payment Received - The payment for your order has been processed successfully
Payment Failed - Unfortunately the payment for your order failed. Contact Customer Care to resolve this issue.
Processing Order - Your order has been sent to the warehouse for picking and packaging.
Order Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled
Order Dispatched - Your order has now been dispatched for delivery
Order Updated - Your order has been updated with your requested changes.
Order Refunded - Your order payment has now been refunded
Order Incomplete - We've dispatched items from your order that we have currently in stock. The remainder of your order will be dispatched once in stock. Contact Customer Care for more information.
