Order & Collect

Collect your order free of delivery charge. Our customers based around the North West can call us directly and collect their items on the same day, providing the order is placed before 2pm.

As our warehouse is based in Manchester, we advise customers that Order and Collect is only suitable for customers who are able to collect from Trafford Park in Manchester.

We are not currently able to take web orders as Click and Collect, but please call our Customer Service Team and they will be able to advise you on stock availability and book a collection time for you.

Same Day Collection Terms and Conditions

This service is free of delivery charge.
Customers are advised our warehouse is based in Manchester.
Only applicable to orders placed by phone, Monday - Friday 9am to 2pm. This excludes public holidays or Bank Holidays.
A 2 hour notice period will be required before collecting.
Orders must be collected between 11am and 4pm.
Dependent on stock availability.
Not applicable to Direct Delivery items.
