Our EYFS numicon resources are a must-have resource for your early year's maths curriculum. Numicons are flat plastic shapes with holes in them, with each shape representing a number from 1 to 10 and has its own colours.
Numicons help develops a strong foundation for maths learning and lets children explore mathematical concepts using a concrete-pictorial-abstract approach. The concrete-Pictorial-Abstract approach helps children develop an understanding of numbers by introducing written numbers in a tangible way through objects such as Numicons.
