Develop and practise gross motor skills with bright and beautiful exercise cards. Each of the Busy Bodies Gross Motor Exercise Cards is printed on the front with a photographic action pose.

On the reverse sides are illustrated instructions for teachers and students. Concentrate on specific skills or create exercise routines to stimulate young minds and bodies.

The cards combine photography with illustration to create fun and engaging activities that children will love. The teacher guide gives warm up exercises and sample routines. Integrate exercises across the curriculum through activities and projects.

The routines are perfect for both motivating reluctant learners whilst helping to clear the minds of excitable students so they focus more closely on their school work. The cards are separated into three Challenge levels.

Each beautifully printed card is sealed on one side with a protective coating for years of use. Size: 22 x 28cm. Age 3-10 years. Contains 16 double sided photo cards.
